Going out to eat with the family should be OK, right? WRONG!

OK~  We headed out to our local Pizza Hut this past week-end.  Garrett wanted spaghetti and the rest of us could have pizza.  The usual, "Booth or table?"  We said, "Booth."  We had no clue that the people sitting behind us had the rudest, grossest mouths we had ever heard.  I'm telling ya, the meals at their home dinner table must be interesting.....Every other word out of their mouths began with the letter "f" or "s."  And they even had kids with them.  This family seemed to deem no wrong in any of the lingo at the dinner table.  Unfortunately, their kids go to school and wonder why they get in trouble for using these obscene words. Well, hello- it's what these kids have learned from Mom & Dad.

My message to parents:  Grow up, your kids are watching you ~ act like an adult!  Wow~ this Mom doesn't get it!  After All, It's All In a Mom's Day, Right?

  1. Oh dear, I know sometimes I go to stores and hear the employees just cursing away as they tell a story. Not very professional.

It's good to hear from you today Sara! I love my grandma very much.

FYI- I don't know how you feel about link ups but I've started one called "Feed Me Books Friday." Moms write about a 1-3 books that the mom and children both love and come link up on my blog Thurs night or Friday.

I know your kids are older so if you want to write about Young Adult Books that's fine too. No pressure, but we'd love to have you if you are interested:)

  2. I understand what you mean. I know some people who are like that, and can't imagine where their kids get their potty mouths. LOL!

I always love feedback on my blog!
