OK~ I'm really not much of a cook, but I think I did OK with this little project! We had an abundant amount of apples in Iowa this year, and we have a few boxes of these sitting around.
I then mixed 1 cup of sugar, 1/2 tsp. of cinnamon, 1 tsp. salt and a dash of nutmeg~ Blended it with the apples. After I had these combined, I rolled out the pie crusts....very easy to use (as you can see)
I then rolled Pillsbury pie crust #2 on top of this filling and placed it in the oven for 50 min. at 440 degrees! And here it is.....
