First of all- I try to post all positive comments in Social Media (Seems to work for 90% of posts) Face it, there are some posts that just can't be positive- it's life, right?
Secondly- I do get myself away from work for a couple hours....I head to the gym! It's not only good for my mental sanity, but also good for me physically. If you cannot get to the gym, bundle up and walk outside- hey, it's better than not moving at all!
Thirdly- Smile! This should not be hard, but there are times that it can be hard to smile. People will really wonder what you have been up to. But hey, what's wrong with that?
A couple days ago we had went four days with out seeing Mr. Sun and my 16 year old said to me, "Mom, why are you so happy. This weather sucks!" Well, there was some truth to his statement.....the weather did suck..Plain, Simple, and Straight to the Point! But then I thought....Ummmm..I must be doing something right- I had succeeded at making my own sunshine! After All, It's All In a Mom's Day, Right?
