OK~ It is cold here in Iowa. We have snow. I am trying to stay warm by thinking of how miserable I was during all of those heat advisories we had last summer. So, instead, I ventured outside to take a few pictures! And yes, it was cold out.

And then there are my lilac bushes- Last year they never bloomed due to our crazy Spring temps. They were beginning to bloom in March and were frozen off the first part of April.

Now that we have been able to enjoy the taste of Winter (Below Zero temps too), this Mom is ready for Spring! Yikes- Did I really say that? With Spring comes a busy high school trapshooting season and a high school graduation. Let the fun begin- Hello 2013! After All, It's All In a Mom's Day, Right?
