New Year's Resolutions- How You Doing With Yours?

OK~ We are 14 days into 2013 and I am happy to report that I have had no problems sticking to my New Year's resolutions. Due to the fact that I never made any, I feel confident making the statement that I am keeping my New Year's resolutions.

Due to my parents needing a little more help than usual, I have not been able to hit the gym like I usually do. Once things settle down with my parents, I will be glad to get back to my regular visits to the YMCA. I can also say that I know my back will be grateful when I get back into my regular exercise routine.

As for now, I'm rolling with what life tosses my way. How do you deal with having to change up your regular exercise plans? Do you find it easy to get back into it? I often wonder when I see someone at the YMCA and then I don't see them again for a few months how they ease back into things.

Did you make any New Year's Resolutions? If so, how are they working for you? I'm thinking maybe I should have made one, two, or maybe three...... After All, It's All In a Mom's Day, Right?


  1. I made some goals and I'm still sticking with them!

    To eat cleaner, work out harder, be more patient, try more recipes, spend more tme with my girls.

    I hope you find time to head back to the gym soon! I think starting back slow is key so you don't get burnt out.
