The Carnival Sensation Is On My Mind

OK~ This is the time of year that I am sooooo ready for Spring! The Winter storms seem to keep coming, more often now than they did in December. We seem to have rain and ice, not a lot of snow. Mr. Weatherman (as in the National Weather Service) says we may get a foot of snow on Thursday, we shall see.

My solution is to take a cruise. Yeah, I know, with all of the chaos of cruising in the news; I'm thinking Carnival Cruise lines will be rolling out the red carpet! My fellow travel blogger Linda offers great information for myself and many of you,; when it comes to cruising for the first time! I wonder how my notes will compare. She's got great tips from an Expert First Time Cruiser.

I will say that Jessica of Suitcases and Sippy Cups also shared great information when it comes to medical care onboard a Carnival Cruise Line Ship. Looks like Carnival Cruise Line has covered all the necessities for what could pop up while on our cruise. Fingers crossed that our crew stays healthy!

I am so ready to go now- unfortunately, I've got a few weeks to wait! The Carnival Sensation looks to be a fun, relaxing ship. Our family vacation will be filled with memories and a welcome break from the cold of Winter.

My cats are even ready for a break from Winter. They have heat, food, and water. Yet, they hang out right at our front door awaiting to be stepped on. My advice to them- "Go catch a Mouse!"  Yep, I've even recently had a mouse in the house. Yet another reason to go cruising!

For now I will embrace Winter. In no time at all I will be complaining that it is too hot!  Can you relate? Oh yeah, time to maybe start assessing my summer clothing- that cruise cannot come soon enough. After All, It's All In a Mom's Day, Right?
