*I did receive a book to read for review purposes. I did not receive any monetary compensation for this post. The opinions expressed here are mine and nobody else's.

OK~ When I was offered the opportunity to review and read Tracy Beckerman's new book, Lost in Suburbia, I jumped on the chance. I have to say that I am delighted to share, my friend, Tracy Beckerman's new book, Lost in Suburbia with all of you. Tracy is a humor writer and Lost in Suburbia is one that is sure to keep your eyeballs glued to each page.

Moms all struggle with being a Mom and the day to day things that go on in a Mom's busy schedule. This is a must read! Moms everywhere can relate to Lost in Suburbia. Tracy talks about the job, her kids, the burbs, city life, Mom jeans, and finding her mojo- yes, she got it back! I laughed out loud several times while reading this book, so take note where you are reading it. This may not be the best book to sneak into your cubicle at work. You will laugh a lot while reading this book.

Oh yeah, and if you have ever drove your kids to school in your pajamas, you MUST read this book! Pajamas, make-up, and hair spray are over rated, right? Mark my words, this book is going to be a huge hit.... it's funny, real, and hits home with Moms everywhere!

I'm thinking Tracy should move in next door to me. Tracy is fun, energetic, caring, and she gets it! She gets that being a Mom is hard work, very rewarding, yet she still realizes that Tracy is Tracy. If you need to read one book in 2013, this is it! Buy it and you will be so glad you did. And who knows? Maybe you will find yourself in skinny jeans and ditching the Mom jeans! After All, It's All In a Mom's Day, Right?

  1. I think the best part of being a mom is watching my kids discover new things -- even though mine are in the tween/teen years, there are still plenty of discoveries happening.

I heard Tracy speak at last year's Erma Bombeck conference. She was terrific!
