I made pizza casserole with elbow macaroni and pasta sauce from The Sneaky Chef. One of the easiest recipes around. I am not known for my cooking skills, but this is one recipe that even I can rock. Here's what you will need:
- Elbow macaroni
- Pasta sauce
- Mozarella Cheese
- Garlic salt
- 1 lb. hamburger
Cook the elbow macaroni while browning the hamburger. Mix the pasta sauce and garlic salt together. Drain the elbow macaroni. Mix the elbow macaroni and the pasta sauce together. Pour the elbow macaroni and pasta sauce mix into a 9x13 or 8x8 baking dish. Layer the hamburger over the noodle mixture. Top it all with mozarella cheese and pepperoni. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
And here's the end product!
My family noticed the color of the sauce was not the "regular" sauce. They flavored it to their liking with jalapenos. Yes, I do have picky boys in this house. They did eat it, but did say it would take a little bit of time to get used to the new flavor. The success of this meal was the elbow macaroni, not a single thing was mentioned about the elbow macaroni! I will say The Sneaky Chef was successful with this meal.
