Disclosure: Affiliate Links are included in this post. As always the opinions are my own. As a two time thyroid cancer survivor, I understand how real the thyroid battles are. I am not a physician and am sharing some solutions that may help you live a healthier life.

OK~ As a two time thyroid cancer survivor, I know there are many of you that can relate to thyroid issues. You know, the trying to find the right medicines, the itchy skin to the thinning hair- Yeah, you get it, don't you?

I was diagnosed with my first round of thyroid cancer at the age of 20, and that was (hmmm) 28 years ago. It's never fun to hear the word "cancer" from a Doctor, but I am so happy that I have been able to help others cope with a thyroid cancer diagnosis through the years. 99% of the time, it's a manageable cancer. I quickly learned that often times when a friend received the diagnosis of thyroid cancer, was the fact that all they needed to see was a living, walking, human being talking with them while in a hospital bed.

Are you always looking for healthy recipes that fit in with your "thyroid" diet! Here's a FREE solution for you!

Back in the day, 1987, there were no resources available like there are today. Once we all took to the internet and social media things began to change. It was easier to find people that had thyroid issues and all the fun things that go with it.

I recently stumbled upon a resource that has a ton of information in it.

Now through July 22, 2015, you can purchase a HUGE thyroid bundle, packed full of information to help you find your new normal when it comes to you and your thyroid!

I love that there are now resources available for those of us dealing with thyroid issues. From Facebook Groups to online chat rooms, the internet has brought us all together. Learning to live with thyroid issues can be challenging, but it's sure a lot easier when you can find people that understand what you are going through! After All, It's All In a Mom's Day, Right?
